Getting access to the Serviceplus Portal as a Nemetschek Partner
Question
I am a Nemetschek partner and would like to access the Serviceplus Portal. What must I do?
Answer
Please do the following:
- Open this link: http://serviceplus.nemetschek.de/registration.nsf/regie1_eng?OpenForm
- Enter your fist and last name -> Next
- It is essential that you enter your email address correctly. Otherwise, you cannot log in. As a Nemetschek partner you must enter your business email (e.g. xy@nemetschek.de or ab@scia.de).
- Check that you enter your customer number correctly. This is important for subsequent hotline requests. Although you need to make additional entries, this information is not decisive.
- Click Close to finish logging on. You will promptly receive an email with your password (this will only take some minutes). You can then log on to the Serviceplus Portal; however, most areas are still not available to you. The full access will be granted automatically within half an hour.
